Welcome to Saplings!

That’s me, Gigi, wearing the witch hat, and I’m a psychologist from México with more than 10 years of working experience with kids, teens and adults using art as a medium to connect with themselves and navigate their emotions. Throughout my life I have been surrounded by art and all its expressions. Art is a part of who I am.

When my husband, Josué (the guy in the pirate hat!), and I found the opportunity to become part of Saplings’ history, it truly felt like a dream come true. We saw more than an art studio. We saw a place where children of all ages, and families could create, express, connect, explore, and celebrate together!

As a family, we’re excited to continue growing this special place while honoring the wonderful community that already calls Saplings “home”. Our goal is to provide fun and engaging art experiences where everybody feels welcomed, encouraged, and proud of what they create. When you walk through our doors you’ll find a community where creativity grows, friendships bloom, and every master-piece tells a unique story.
